We can provide you a "Protocol to Release for GMP use" which contains everything required to qualify a unit or process for GMP use (meeting regulatory and industry standard requirements), but also covers all of your internal requirements.

We can also provide you a "leverageable protocol" - contains everything required to qualify a unit for GMP use and meeting regulatory and industry standard requirements, but may need a "wrapper protocol" top release for GMP use (depending on your quality system).

Yes, we can create custom protocols based on testing required by your CQV program, product or process specificities, etc. We can also develop the protocol on your company's template. 

The majority of our clients for qualification services (Tier 4) are pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device firms. However, we also partner with and provide rental equipment to consulting firms for their executions. 

Yes, we also partner with firms that provide this service but may need additional support. 

You can reserve equipment by calling us or visiting our website and filling out a reservation form.

We accept credit cards and checks. 

Credit Cards and Checks: Payment is due at the time of rental.

Each quote has the expected time but below you will find our typical times and some additional  information

• Equipment rental (depends on equipment availability): if order is placed before 10AM and within New England, it can be delivered the same day (may incur Expedited Delivery charge)
•  Purchased documentation: purchased protocols for your execution are typically delivered within 2-5 days.
• Execution: can be scheduled to commence within 2 days of Purchase Order or payment completed. Execution will depend on the chamber type (e.g., freezer, autoclave, oven) and extent of testing (e.g., IOQ only, IOQ and PQ, cycle development requirements, load patterns to qualify). Final report is delivered within 10 business days of completed execution.
